Apartment selected will not be taken off market until application is fully completed and the application fee of $50/applicant is paid.
Also due at the time of application is a $300 holding fee which holds your chosen option off the market until move-in date/lease start date.
All new leases must begin no later than August 15th unless approved by management.

With an approved application, a security deposit is not required.
The $300 holding fee is credited to your account balance on your lease start date.
With any application cancelled after approved, the holding fee is non-refundable.
A one-time move-in fee of $250 will be due on or before the lease start date.
